Summer Registration for New Students 2017/18 (PK-5th)

New Student Registration is now online! Please Here for instructions on how to use the new online regitration system. We will accept the paper registration forms at the school July 11th (9-11am) and 12th (1-3pm). After July 12th paper registration forms will no longer be accepted and the online registration system must be used..

Please bring the following documents to the school if you are registering July 11th or 12th..

1.   A current Mortgage or Lease
2.   A current Water Electric or Gas bill
3.   Original Birth Certificate
4    Immunization form 3231
5.   Hearing, Vision and Dental form 3300.
6.   Parent Photo ID.
7. Social security card
